To apply you have to create your profile by filling in a form. You choose form by what you apply for. Studentrooms/aparment in Uppsala or apartment in general. If you want to apply both you have to fill in both forms. The final step is to create a username and password. You also have to have an emailadress. Your profile is active for 6 month, if you don´t logon during these months your profile will be erased.
